10 KILOGRAMS IN 3 MONTHS CHALLENGE WEEK 5

I thought I should show the internets my face!
Week 5, I have been going to the gym and the result is 0.7 kilograms lost, which is 1.5 pounds! Yeah! I am on point! Nothing much to say, working out at 800 calories per session, aim is 5 days a week. My eating habits have changed up a bit, I am eating bread, cake, potatoes, rice everything they say you are not supposed to eat! I am limiting my carbs to daytime meals like breakfast which has for the past week been a bacon sandwich, with jalapeno peppers, gherkins, lettuce, tomato and onion with tomato ketchup! Yup, it tastes amazing. Lunch would be the same, only made which chicken breast, supper is much lighter, sometimes a bowl of muesli or just veg and protein. Tea is almost 5 times a day, no sugar, skimmed milk and Freshpak Roiboos brand which is super rich in antioxidants! I have not been snacking, been drinking loads of water, been taking my vitamins, been pretty good actually. It feels good to eat chocolate cake and ice cream once a week and not feel bad about it, it is however only two tablespoons of ice cream and the cake is about an inch.
worst habit ever: eating when watching tv,it became a habit and I still feel like I should be eating something, heck anything whenever I am watching tv or even watching videos online!!


My mom, is not in the country and I miss her because she really supports me and sometimes walks me to the gym! Yup, my mother is that awesome! It really helps when the people around you are being supportive, so thanks to my older sister Mercy who measures me, my lil brother Zack who always asks if what I am eating is the right choice and option.

I am currently 87.7 kg that is 193 pounds from 92.4kg which is 203 pounds. I am down 4.7 kilograms, and down 10 pounds!!! 82.4 kg is my first goal, then the getting to fit into my jeans from when I was 16 is my ultimate goal.
