10 KILOGRAMS IN 3 MONTHS CHALLENGE WEEK 3

 Woo Hoo! This week is better than last week! I lost 1.3 kilos, 2.8 pounds! Hello, skinny jeans! I am on my way people! Lets see if I can lose 10 pounds by the 23rd of this month! That would be awesome. I have been watching the Last Ten Pounds Bootcamp on Diva TV, its a canadian weight loss programme, re runs of the Biggest Loser is always on Living or ITV-something. Watching these programmes is really motivating, it is nice to see people who are in the same boat, sometimes in a worse boat than I am lose weight. Its like heck, if they can do it, why cant I?

Now my food confessions, I went out to the O2 Greenwich this week and I had lunch at harvester, and I was really worried about the calorie intake, but surprisingly ALL of the carolie content in on the menu! Making choosing so easy! I had the Harvester Premuim Burger which is at 640 kcal, I know a lot right? But I did not eat the whole bun, I had 2 bites of the bun and I was like nahh, this does not taste worth it! So I took the bun out and had LOADS of salads instead. No dressings though, I went to the salad bar at least 4 times. I was really stuffed, I couldn't even finish the meat patty, I left a quarter of it. My side, however was well, ummmm......take a look at the options...

Hot baby buttered potatoes should have been the right choice right? Nope I had the seasoned chips instead! Bad I know. But I have missed my chips and they tasted soooo gooood! I did also have a sauce, I could not believe how high in calories some if the sauces were! Jack Daniels is 100 kcal, and I know TGIFriday soak their food in this sauce, and the burger relish was 150 kcal! I opted for the salsa;20kcal.

After that we watched a movie, stupid Cineworld offer the tinniest most stupidiest size of small popcorn, I ended up with the large! I didn't buy any drinks, I had my 1litre of water in my bag! Bahahaha! Saw transformers 3, it was awsome, except Rosie's acting skills, which are super bad. I did not have supper when I got home, I finished my large popcorn for supper! I still eat my carbs, just in minimal amounts, this isnt above straving myself, its healthy living people!!

The gym and I are really getting along, I am enjoying myself, starting this week I have upped my calorie burn from 700 to 800 because I am worried that my body is getting used to the 700 burn and as a result I will stop losing weight. So for the next 2 weeks it is a lovely 2 hr 800 calorie burn with 3 weight training sessions.
