So I am currently 85.5. 200g less than I was last week. Aunt Flo is packing her bags right about now. These are my confessions; last week I ate rather recklessly and did not go to the gym so I knew that this was going to be my result.
I have 9 days to go. I am aiming to finish my challenge in the 83 kg range, which is a bit of a leap but heck I will put in work at the gym in the morning and go for a walk/run in the park in the evening plus all those bedroom-yoga-exercises. And most importantly keeping an eye on my portion control, because weight loss is 75% diet and 25% exercise. Till' next week my luvies!
